Value of the UCM CPI Program

This has been the most rewarding pharmacy experience I have ever had. One of the most beneficial aspects of the program was the wide variety of topics that were introduced and the opportunities that continued to present themselves within the health system. These factors helped facilitate a strong foundation for continued learning and growth not only professionally but personally as well. The mentorship that I have received from their pharmacy leaders has provided me with the tools and the confidence necessary to continue to make an impactful difference in the lives of all patients that I encounter.
